Hi,

In order to confirm the carbon in a similar molecule as tartrazine via long range coupling it seems COLOC will be the best pulse sequence to use. The advantage is all carbons are shown in less than 40 minutes. Although the processing of the data aligns perfect with the carbon the proton scale seems to be off. Referencing it accordingly does not seems to help on the proton scale.
