To improve the C13 resolution processing, Delta software use the trapezoid function to eliminate the dead time on the FID. If the data is processed on alternative software like Mnova the dead time is possibly included.  The dead time of the FID influence the baseline of the spectra.

To minimise this time we reduced the probe_recovery value on the probe file but is not sure if this is the best way to eliminate the dead time on the FID. Any comments?  see attached. 🙂
